The evolution of gaming

Of Warcraft to Final Fantasy on the upcoming Warhammer Online Games games slowly evolve/win mode to play/play mode, where the game never ends and the fun is in the social aspects and the process that you use to make yourself better. This Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games, or MMORPGs, are excellent examples of games and social life combine to create the most popular pseudo-universes in the world.

WoW
World of Warcraft is the old example.Although objectives and technical levels, the game never ends. People from countries around the world play the World of Warcraft regularly playing the game on a daily basis and completing quests and socialize with others. But World of Warcraft was based on an older game, "Warcraft" that all of its own computer presence.

Warhammer Online
Today, turning even non-computer games MMORPG architectures. Warhammer Online, slated to be released in september of 2008, is based on an offline, computer-less game called Warhammer, who with dice, thumbnail images/characters and a tabletop occurs. That game was incredibly popular all over the world, with more than 8 different editions, hundreds of characters and lines, and a complexity that the table top to be his own world. But tabletops have limitations. You can create new rules or quests on the fly. You can't choose where to go at your leisure and especially you cannot socialize. The game is designed for people who enjoyed playing matches only with strict guidelines. Warhammer Online allows them to change that. By Warhammer online, the company may change the universe into something more dynamic. They can come with quests which teams or objectives that weeks to reach. They can make the game as complex or simple as they want and all of the limitations of the tabletop deny.

Most importantly, Warhammer Online has the possibility of a new universe that everyday people can enjoy regularly without another player is around to compete with and without any "piece" duly established on the table.Warhammer Online is the next in a series of games that intend to use the MMORPG rage. assuming that Warhammer Online achieved the same success as World of Warcraft, assume that many other offline games are probably go the same route in the future. Warhammer Online takes the first step towards the future of all games. one can only wonder where it will lead in the future.
